Matthew has been a life-long resident of Mansfield, Ohio and is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School (Mansfield, Ohio); followed by a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University. His employment history includes eight years as a drug/alcohol counselor at Cornell Abraxas (Shelby, Ohio); and then a personal banker locally for Chase Bank for four years.
He is proud to be the owner of the Matthew Trittschuh Insurance Agency, which he established and opened in 2011. His licensure is in Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance through the State of Ohio. He has access to write policies with many different major companies to obtain the best plans, coverage, and pricing to suit the needs of his clients.
Matthew currently owns a home in the Lexington School District and has three young and active boys. His personal interests include: sports, family activities, home improvement projects and networking with individuals – both personally and professionally. Matthew’s strengths include: strong family ties; out-going personality, and his honesty, integrity and service to clients; and everyone he encounters.
Ben brings nearly two decades of experience working with people and building trusted relationships. He spent nine years with Sears Holdings and nine years with L Brands, where he earned national recognition for his leadership and commitment to great service.

Danielle Stamper is a lifelong resident of the Crestline/Galion area. She graduated from Mansfield St. Peter’s High School and went on to get her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. Danielle has worked the past 11 years as a paralegal at the Badnell & Dick Co., LPA and Richland Bureau of Credits.
Danielle is married with 2 kids and 2 dogs. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking for them. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, shopping, spending time with her kids and friends, and going to car shows with her husband.

A lifelong resident of Knox County, Chas graduated from Fredericktown High School and attended the University of Toledo.
Chas is currently also Co-owner and Operations Manager of the Charles Thomas Auction Service in Fredericktown, Ohio.
Chas and his three young children also reside in Fredericktown. Chas takes pride in being a family man and loves being a dad. Janet is a life-long resident of the Crestline / Galion area. She graduated from Crestline High School in 1990 and the North Central State College Police Academy in 2002. Janet has more than 20 years of experience in criminal justice. She has served the public as a law enforcement officer, probation officer, and clerk of courts.
Janet is a devoted mother to her 3 children Brittany, Brooklyn and Bradley and resides in Galion. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going camping and riding 4 wheelers. Janet also has coached youth volleyball for more than 13 years.

Kayla was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, and is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School. Growing up, she spent much of her time on the golf course or basketball court, where she developed a strong sense of discipline and teamwork.
In 2014, Kayla reconnected with a high school classmate and married Blake Cyrus, an active-duty Army service member. In 2016, she earned her first degree in Veterinary Technology before the Army relocated their family to Fort Stewart, Georgia, where they welcomed their first daughter, Addelyn.
In late 2017, the family moved to Fort Riley, Kansas, where Kayla and Blake welcomed twins, Reagan and Rhett. During this time, Kayla returned to college and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration along with an Associate’s degree in Marketing.
In the spring of 2023, the Army relocated the family to Fort Moore, Georgia, where Kayla worked as a full-time real estate agent. Following Blake’s retirement from the Army in August 2025, the family returned to Ohio to be closer to family and establish permanent roots.
